Here is some information about DV8™ and the site so you will have a pleasant experience. If you prefer to start browsing products right now, just allow me one remark before you click here. All products show “in stock”, which is unfortunately the only choice (apart from “out of stock”) the software offers. In stock means “available”. Most products are made once the order is in and are not ready to ship as “in stock” implies. 
When you are browsing items, you can hover over any of the pictures in the main selection of one of the product categories without clicking on it and “QUICKVIEW” shows. Click on “QUICKVIEW” and get the picture gallery and a snippet of the item description for that product. You can also select and buy items there. This facilitates things a lot when using a mobile device!
I don’t recommend this for the DV8™ MAG-System™ though. It’s unique and my top product, no other manufacturer offers something like it. It therefore needs to be explained/understood before you make a purchase.

I am not about hype and I will not lie to you. All Violet Wand accessories I manufacture are guaranteed forever in intended use. Most will also last forever if properly treated and cared for.
I have been selling on eBay for 15 years and encourage you to check my feedback there. Many things are being said about eBay, but what is for sure is, that the feedback system is brutal and whatever a buyer writes stays unless the whole feedback is a lie and the seller can prove that to eBay! If a part is a lie and the rest is opinion, it stays.

Most of my items are built in Costa Rica and shipped from there, so you will not have items you order within a few days or even a week, it’s just not possible. The transit time to Europe and the US is surprisingly very similar, about 2 to 3 weeks on average. About 15% of shipments take longer (4 to 8 weeks), about 0.5% of shipments (so one in about 200) are lost (mainly US, hardly ever a loss in Europe).
“So why use the postal system?” you ask? The answer is that it’s the only reasonably priced way to ship my items from Costa Rica.
There is EMS (Express Mail Service) via DHL, UPS and FedEx, but it’s just too expensive for most people/orders (the minimum cost is about $60.00 for a package of up to 100 grams – about 3-1/2 ounces).
Either way, most of the time items are shipped within a week or so, but a large order  can slow down all orders after it by another week or more.
Whenever I travel or go on vacation that obviously produces a backlog. Whenever that happens, I put a note on every item page about a month earlier so you know of potential delays well before you place an order. The note is removed once I have caught up.

Under “Contact” you won’t find a form to fill but an email address and a US phone number. I reply to all correspondence promptly and on business days always within 24 hours (usually much faster).

Payments are via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card, so you are safe in case an item does not arrive or some other issue comes up. I nevertheless ask you to please contact me in such cases. I am pretty sure we can resolve things amicably.
PLEASE BE AWARE that if you’d like to pay a single item with your Debit or Credit Card, you have to put it in the shopping basket first and check out from there. Direct checkout from the product page offers PayPal only.
If you would like to use other means of payment, please contact me and I will do my best to work something out with you.

I do custom work, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you need something you can’t find here. If I can, I will make it for you. Small modifications of items, for example a shorter length for an electrode, usually don’t incur extra cost.
